At Insynco, we use thorough assessment techniques and specialized testing to help identify specific body systems, lab values, nutritional deficiencies and daily habits that may be holding you back from feeling your best. We’ll help you restore health by treating the body as a complex network of interconnected systems that work synergistically when functioning in sync.
A family doctor will typically address and treat the symptoms of disease using pharmaceutical therapies. At Insynco, we treat patients with a whole-body approach by addressing the physical, environmental, lifestyle, and emotional aspects of health.
Insynco provides an unsurpassed level of care and attention, as well as convenient access to professional-grade supplements and advanced testing methods not available from your family doctor. We track your progress closely, train you to adopt healthier habits, and motivate you to achieve new goals.

Insynco is an innovative naturopathic practice, uniquely designed to help you overcome your health challenges by combining naturopathic care, ongoing collaboration, advance testing, and smart technology. Our modern, whole-body approach is designed for people who want to shift their level of health from average to optimal, in the most efficient way possible.
Our goal is to make deciding what to eat, the easiest part of your day. We are passionate about helping you understand exactly what your unique body needs to function better. Whether you want to lose fat and build muscle, or simply clean up your diet to enhance the way you look and feel, we’ll create a custom meal plan to help you reach your goals. Choosing the right foods starts with learning how to best combine macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fats), nutritional supplements, and ‘superfoods’ to give your body the building blocks for optimal health. Not only will we equip you with this knowledge, but we’ll continue to modify your meal plan as your needs evolve.
Within the first few weeks, you should begin to see significant changes in the way you look, feel, and perform, but Insynco is not about short-term fixes. Wellness is a life-long journey, and we’re here to give you the roadmap to help optimize your wellness for right now and for years to come.
With each patient we work to renew health from the cellular level, so the most common changes are seen in a few key areas: increased physical stamina and mental clarity, improved digestion, skin healing and rejuvenation, enhanced cardiovascular fitness, metabolism and ability to maintain a healthy weight.
For new patients, we provide a thorough 1-hour initial appointment, while follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes in length.
The frequency of consultations will depend on you, the severity of your symptoms and your particular health goals. Depending on your unique case, we may suggest more frequent consultations during the first few months as we’ll focus on introducing new concepts and developing the best routines to help lay the foundation for life-long wellness.

Based on our years of working with patients, more than 90% of all cases can easily be handled through video or phone calls.
Our patients have access to professional-grade supplements via our online supplement dispensary. All supplements prescribed are carefully selected from trusted manufactures and can be delivered to your home within 1-5 days.
Yes, if you have a particular condition or symptoms that require further investigation, we may suggest specific tests that would be highly beneficial for you. In some cases, advanced testing may help uncover underlying issues not detected by routine blood work. The more information we can gather on how your body responds to certain foods, which nutrients you may be lacking, or your level of risk for future disease, the more precise we can be in guiding you toward optimum health.
We offer a variety of advanced testing options to help identify nutritional deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, cardiovascular risk factors, food sensitivity, digestive concerns, inflammation and much more. Based on your initial assessment, we may suggest specific tests that could include blood, saliva, skin, hair, urine or stool testing.
If you are a resident of Ontario and require bloodwork, we can provide lab requisition forms to visit a LifeLabs location.
